Special two-part polymer sealer totally resistant to migration of plasticisers and chemicals such as hair dyes and disinfectants. Forms an extremely hard wearing clear film which protects effectively against scratching and friction wear.
Protects floors from discolouring and marking
Reduces dirt accumulation and maintenance costs
Minimises business interruption by never replacing the floor
For the protection of PVC, LVT, lino, rubber and other resilient floors as well as wood, cork or decorative screed floors in hairdresser’s salons and medical areas in which a high level of chemicals are being used as well as car dealerships where plasticiser migration and marks from tyres or rubber is possible. A Semi-Gloss finish is recommended especially for the highest stain resistance possible, whereas a Matt finish is recommended to enhance slip resistance.
Preparation
Prior to application, ensure the surface is thoroughly and mechanically clean and dry, free from dust, grease, oil, wax and care product residues and finishes – this process is most effective when applying Dr. Schutz Turbo Strip with the grey PU renovation pad.
Shake both PU Anticolor and the cross linker well and add cross linker into the PU Anticolor canister and thoroughly mix both components by shaking thoroughly and allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes. Be sure to check the working times accordingly.
Apply the mixture evenly over the floor using the Aquatop Roller, working in sections of a maximum of 1 metre at a time to avoid the formation of pools.
Allow the surface to dry for at least 2 hours before applying a second coat.
The floor can be used with care after 12 hours and will perform maximum protection after 7 days.
Coverage: 20m2/L per application
On wood, cork or other very absorbent surfaces the coverage is approx. 10-12m2/L per application
Guaranteed for years, reduced maintenance
The sheen of PU Sealer (Gloss, Satin, Matt, Ultra Matt) does not diminish with time and does not need to be polished, waxed or stripped at any time in order to maintain. Simply clean the surface using PU Cleaner with an auto-scrubber or damp mop to ensure the surface remains clean.
A safe, hygienic and stain resistant protective layer
The finish is economical in use and friendly to the environment whilst the surface is resistant to chemicals and plasticisers including hand sanitisers and disinfectants.
Improves the overall appearance and makes a good impression
Higher and longer term protection for the surface against friction damage and scratches, proven to extend the lifetime of floor use in comparison to conventional sealers.
3-year warranty when professionally applied

PU Anticolor
In the case of linoleum and other floor qualities with a removable factory protective finish, this must be removed completely before applying PU Anticolor.
Add the full contents of the cross linker into PU Anticolor however if partial quantities are to be mixed, always mix sealer and cross linker in a ratio of either 5:1 for Matt or Satin finishes, and 4:1 for Semi-Gloss, by adding the cross linker into the sealer.
PU Anticolor Matt or Satin and finishes are to be mixed with the Crosslinkers (A) supplied and is to be mixed in a ratio of 5:1 (2 x 500ml crosslinkers into 5 litres of PU Anticolor). Only mix the amount that can be used within 2 hours.
PU Anticolor Semi-Gloss is to be mixed with the Crosslinker (M / G) supplied and is to be mixed in a ratio 4:1 (500ml crosslinker into 2 litres of PU Anticolor. Only mix with the amount that can be used within 1 hour.
The mixture of PU Anticolor and Cross Linker, when used at the prescribed temperature between 15-25°C, has a processing period of either 1 or 2 hours – depending on the gloss grade. Only mix the quantity of sealer that can be processed within the maximum period of working time. When the temperatures of the Sealer and Cross Linker are higher, there is a reduction in the period of time during which they can be used. If the two components are cold, they cannot be mixed with sufficient thoroughness. Do not tightly seal a container containing the sealer mixture since reactive gases occur as a result of the interaction between the sealer and the cross linker.
Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation during application and drying operations but avoid drafts and exposure to strong sunlight and protect the floor surface from dust.
Turn off under floor central heating well before use.
Remove hair colorants, wound disinfectants and other highly coloured products from the sealed surface as quickly as possible and within 30 minutes. Severe mechanical damage causes an acceleration in wear and tear.
If a repair and renewal of the sealed surface is required, remove the shine from the floor surface with the PU silver pad before re-applying in order to achieve uniformity in transition areas and guarantee an optimum adhesion of the sealer film.
The preliminary treatment is suitable for homogeneous flooring qualities with a smooth or slightly structured surface. Regarding heterogeneous or more definitely structured flooring types, please consult our technical support team before commencing work.
Commence work on the side with the main incidence of light (as a rule this is the side of the room where there is a window) and work away from the light source.
It is recommended to work in good lighting and in sections of 1 metre at a time to avoid the formation of pools as well as rectify them if and as soon as they arise.
