We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (10 working days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will arrange collection and replacement of the product.
Products we are Unable to Refund or Exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products.
Cancellation of Order
If you cancel your order, before shipping, we will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the full selling price.
If you cancel your order, after shipping, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price, you will be liable for returning product back.
Delivery of Goods
All goods will be delivered as per the webstore choices, in the unlikely event we are out of stock at time of shipping, we will offer alternative product or offer full refund.
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
