For new Vinyl, LVT, Lino and other resilient floors in private and domestic households we recommend to clean regularly with Floor Cleaner R1000.
However, for floors professionally finished with a permanent sealer in commercial environments and public areas we recommend to clean with PU Cleaner.
Movement of chairs and furniture often leave scratches on Vinyl, LVT, PVC, Design and other resilient floors. Particularly, if a stone gets underneath a chair leg, it causes especially noticeable scratches. With the ScratchFix Repair Set you can easily remove all scratches.
For the prevention of further scratches in the home it is recommended to apply a care film of either Floor Mat or Floor Shine as well as attaching furniture protectors at the bottom of each chair leg.
For the complete elimination of scratches in commercial and public areas, it is recommended to have PU Sealer with Duro Plus Additive professionally applied.
To remove scuff marks as well as remove old care products, the floor can be thoroughly cleaned and stripped using Clean and Strip.
Old, tired and worn out floors can be refreshed with a new look by using Floor Shine or Floor Mat. If the the floor has any remains of old care products the surface may first need to be thoroughly cleaned using Clean and Strip.

For fitted carpets covering the whole area, a spray-extraction machine such as SprayBoy 2000 is the most practical solution and procedure to ensure your carpet remains fresh, the fibres remain upright and most importantly your carpet remains clean and hygienic. Simply add our Concentrated Carpet Cleaner into a spray-extraction machine for best results and long-life.
However, if your carpet is made of natural fibres such as wool or cotton, we recommend to use Dry Foam which is a mild form of shampoo treatment for moisture sensitive surfaces.
There are many types of stains that can appear on a carpet. We have an assortment of stain removal products, each developed to remove a particular type of stain. One-for-all stain removers tend to not be as effective and only help to minimise the visibility of the stain but not remove entirely.
Coloured stains such as tea, coffee, red wine, mustard or curry – are to be immediately cleaned with Floor Mate.
Black marks caused from the scuffing of soles from shoes and heels, and from the movement of furniture and rugs with rubber backing – can be removed using Elatex.
Mud, nail varnish, inks and paints and other water soluble stains can be removed using Alibaba.
In the case of older stain substances, or deeper lying dirt. The procedure is to first use a spray-extraction cleaning method such as SprayBoy 2000. These substances are drawn up to the tips of the carpet pile, such spots should be removed by using Super Stain Remover.
To freshen up your carpet especially in areas of high footfall, we recommend to simply spray Fresh Up 2 in 1 which dissolves dirt and eliminates bad odours.

A spray-extraction machine such as SprayBoy 2000 is the most practical solution and procedure to ensure your shaggy carpet or rug remains fresh, without ruining the natural fibres.

This is also suitable for application under furniture and legs to minimise the indents.
To demolish even the deepest dent, place a damp towel or cloth directly over it. Set an iron on medium heat or on the steam setting, and run it over the towel for about thirty seconds to a minute—but don’t let the iron touch the carpet directly, as it could burn. Then, vacuum over the spot or fluff it up to make the fibres uniform and high.
To prevent from further indents, it is recommended to clean the carpet using a spray-extraction machine with Concentrated Carpet Cleaner followed by application of Bayguard – Carpet Protection Spray.
Spillages from liquids and drinks can cause severe staining to carpets and sometimes leave you no choice but to replace the carpet. The best way to avoid this costly mistake is to protect spillages from quickly soaking into the carpet fibres using Stain Guard which impregnates the carpet and creates a lotus-effect.
In the event of a spillage, immediately clean with Floor Mate to eliminate the stain.
Wool, cotton and other natural fibre carpets are moisture sensitive and need to be carefully cleaned. Alibaba Stain Remover is particularly gentle and removes stains without damaging the fibres.
Water and other liquid spills, leakages, or flooding can cause damage to the carpet. The carpet fibres tend to easily attract and hold dust as well as moisture. Over a period of time, without sufficient cleaning, this moisture can lead to mildew which has a musty smell.
Apply our Fresh Up 2 in 1 which contains an odour absorber to neutralise bad smells.
To prevent smells, ensure the carpet remains clean by using Concentrated Carpet Cleaner.
You can get an electrostatic shock from charged objects, such as clothing made from nylon and other synthetic fibres.
You can also get an electrostatic shock if you are charged and you touch something that is earthed. For example, when you walk on a vinyl floor or your carpet you become charged because of friction. You can earth yourself, and the result is an electrostatic shock when touching a metal door handle, filing cabinet or even another person.
To create a negative charge on such objects, including your carpet and even your clothing, you can use our Anti-Static Spray to eliminate the risk of getting electric shocks.
This is a case of older stain substances, or deeper lying dirt. These are partially dissolved by spray-extraction cleaning. These substances are then mobile and are drawn up, like wax in a wick, to the tips of the pile, as soon as the carpet dries. As carpets, especially fitted carpets, dry from the base up (i.e. from bottom to top), it is the tips of the pile which dry last of all. When the carpet has dried completely, the dirt substances which were hidden at first can now be drawn up to the surface, to the tips of the pile. Such spots should be spray-extracted again, or Super Stain Remover should be used.

Damp cleaning: Mopping Wood & Cork Floor Cleaner is also necessary to remove the accumulation of dirt and grime.

For optimally application use a clean, fluff-free, non-felting, wide-head mop such as the Polish Applicator.
Depending on the type of stain, use Elatex for the removal of scuff marks, adhesive residue and other sticky substances – or use Laminate Cleaner with a higher dosage for the removal of stubborn stains.
This is often a case of too high a dose of the cleaner, in such a case it helps to polish the laminate dry with a buffing machine such as FloorBoy, or alternative mop the floor several times.
Every time the floor is mopped, oil is taken from it. Therefore cleaning should be carried out using only a slightly damp mop, and the floor should be regularly oiled afterwards. For this purpose our Wood Care for oiled floors is ideal because whilst cleaning the surface, oils are also replenished back into the wood.
